Prize Draw Terms and Conditions
The $250 hamper prize draw (“Prize Draw”) will take place at 1:30pm on Wednesday 25 March 2025. The method of conducting the Prize Draw will be at the sole discretion of Summerset Holdings Limited and Summerset’s determination of the winner(s) will be final. Entry to the Prize Draw is by completing this flyer to join our Friends of Summerset by the Lake database, with one entry per person, and must be handed in at the Summerset booth at the Taupo Age Concern Expo (Wednesday 19 March). Summerset reserves the right to exclude any entry at its absolute discretion.
The prize is not redeemable for cash or transferable and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Summerset including any of its affiliates, employees or agents will not be liable for any loss (including indirect or consequential loss), damage, costs or injury whatsoever suffered by an entrant as a result or in connection with this competition (including any inability to enter, complete or continue this competition due to technical issues). Summerset reserves the right to amend or change these Terms and Conditions at any time at its sole discretion, including extending, postponing or cancelling the promotion.
