Summerset has purchased 5.7ha of land at Hillary Crescent, Belmont for a proposed village.
This premium location to retire to is just minutes from the vibrant areas of Takapuna and Devonport with their unique shopping and dining options.
Once complete the proposed village is intended to have approximately 300 homes of which some will have fantastic water and city views.
Along with a care centre, memory care and range of modern facilities, this stunning location offers our future residents the ability to connect to the public footpaths along the water’s edge and enjoy this magnificent location.
The proposed village is currently in the planning and development stage. We are following due process before commencing with development of this proposed retirement village and intend to apply for registration of this village under the Retirement Villages Act 2013.
