Summerset Rangiora
SCROLL
Summerset Rangiora is a proposed village situated at 141 South Belt Road, currently in the planning and development stage.
We are following due process before commencing with the development of this proposed retirement village and intend to apply for registration of this village under the Retirement Villages Act 2003, following which we can make offers of occupation to the public.
Just minutes away from the town centre and local amenities, a bus stop will also only be 200 meters from the village entrance, providing direct access to central Rangiora and Christchurch.
Once complete, the proposed village will feature approximately 260 independent homes. There will also be a village centre which will be home to a range of facilities, along with a care centre for those residents requiring higher levels of care.
Facilities & activities
Facilities & activities
Summerset residents have access to a range of community facilities. Our villages are built for their environment and generally include facilities for both indoor and outdoor entertainment and services.
Once the proposed village is complete, our on-site Activities Coordinator will also ensure there is a calendar of activities and events.
Please note: as the village has yet to be developed, all images and facilities are indicative only.

Levels of care
Our villages are designed so that, as your needs change we have different levels of support and care (subject to availability and eligibility criteria) within the village. We call this our continuum of care.
