Summerset has purchased land as part of the Mission Hills subdivision located on the elevated site to the west of the Mission Estate Winery. Offering breathtaking views with the convenience of being close to Taradale or Napier city centre, our proposed village offers future residents a premium location to retire.
Once completed the village is expected to include approximately 300 homes, a care centre and a range of modern facilities for our residents to enjoy.
The proposed village is currently in the planning and development stage. We are following due process before commencing with the development of this proposed retirement village and intend to apply for registration of this village under the Retirement Villages Act 2013.

Summerset residents have access to a range of village facilities. Our villages are built for their environment and generally include facilities for both indoor and outdoor entertainment and services. Once the village is complete, our on-site Activities Coordinator will also ensure there is a calendar of activities and events that cater to a wide range of resident interests and abilities.
