Summerset Mosgiel
SCROLL
The proposed village in Mosgiel offers a fantastic location just 2km from the centre of town and other great amenities. The village will offer a relaxing environment, with open spaces overlooking the Owhiro Stream. Once completed, the village is expected to cover 9 hectares and includes approximately 300 homes and an on-site care centre.
The proposed village is currently in the planning and design stage. We are following due process before commencing with development of this proposed retirement village and intend to apply for registration of this village under the Retirement Villages Act 2013.
