A great location to retire

Summerset is planning a new retirement village in the suburb of Lansdowne, Masterton.
The proposed site will be our first village in the Wairarapa and will be accessed via the premium, existing Cashmere Oaks sub-division. Located just 2km from Masterton’s Town Centre, the village will offer a relaxed semi-rural setting and expansive views of the nearby Tararua Ranges, making it a great location to retire for future residents.
The proposed village is currently in the planning and development stage. We are following due process before commencing with the development of this proposed retirement village and intend to apply for registration of this village under the Retirement Villages Act 2003.
