Summerset retirement villages offer a variety of homes so we're sure there'll be one perfect for you.  All our homes are specifically designed for people aged 70 and over.  Our high quality villas, townhouses and apartments are warm, comfortable and ready for you to make your own.

All our homes are designed for accessibility with extra wide hallways, slip resistant flooring and conveniently located power switches and door handles. And this focus on accessibility flows into the design of our villages ensuring you can move through the village freely no matter your level of mobility.

No maintenance

There are no worries about maintenance and upkeep of your home - we'll do it for you.

Make it your own

Make your home your own by furnishing and decorating it to your own taste. You can even paint the walls the colour you choose. Some conditions apply.

Pet friendly

Pets are part of the family so they're welcome too - just check with the Village Manager about suitability.

24/7 call bell

All our homes have a call bell system throughout so help is just the push of a button away - 24/7.

Safe and secure

You can rest easy knowing the village is secure with fencing, after hours gates and staff on site around the clock once the village is completed.

Support when needed

We provide services and packages to help maintain your independence, so you can get on with enjoying village life.
