When you purchase a serviced apartment, you will also select and purchase a services package tailored to your needs, which ensures that tasks such as laundry and cooking are taken care of.
Our serviced apartments give you the space and freedom to host friends and family and fully embrace village life, whilst giving you the confidence of care and support close by.

Meet Ross
Summerset at Heritage Park resident, Ross shares his journey into retirement living and what makes his serviced apartment feel like home.
Ross was living in an apartment at Summerset at Heritage Park when changes in his health required support to be close at hand. He transferred from the apartment to a serviced apartment in the village centre. With the day-to-day things taken care of and support close by, Ross spends his days doing the things he loves.

Summerset has designed care and support packages and one-off services that can be tailored to suit you. We require you to maintain a service package while living in a serviced apartment.
Summerset Sure
If you move into a serviced apartment* and decide that Summerset life is not for you, then you can activate your Summerset Sure guarantee.
This means if you decide 90 days after moving into your new home that Summerset isn’t right for you, we’ll refund your licence payment without deducting the deferred management fee (some conditions apply).
