Summerset Group was founded in 1997. Since then we've grown consistently to become one of New Zealand's largest and most respected operators in the retirement village and aged care sector.
With 43 retirement villages either complete or under construction, and another seven quality land sites in New Zealand and four in Australia, we have a strong platform for further growth.
Summerset listed on the New Zealand Stock Exchange (NZX) in November 2011 and became an NZX50 company in December 2012. Our NZX ticker code is SUM. Summerset listed on the Australian Securities Exchanges (ASX) in July 2013. Our ASX ticker code is SNZ.
